In his book Light on Life, BKS Iyengar draws on over 70 years of personal practice to illuminate the timeless teachings of yoga, and encourages one and all to embark on the path of yoga.  Chapter 1 introduced a specific framework for the Inward Journey:  Sustained practice of yoga (the 8 limbs) is a way of integrating every layer of our being (the kosas), and leads to wholeness and inner peace.  Our next discussion focuses on Chapters 2 and 3- developing stability in the physical body and vitality through the breath.  As you read and practice, are you discovering any connections between the 8 limbs of yoga and the 5 kosas?
